CPR Certification online, First Aid courses

I was just wondering has anyone taken an CPR certification course or First Aid class online? I just had a coworker who certified through www.cpraedcourse.com. He completed the whole thing at his own pace and there were videos and such that he watched before having to take a quiz that would get him his 2 year certification. I think it's great that they have these classes online now so we can all be more responsible and take an online CPR course.
