« on: February 23, 2010, 02:19:15 PM »
Does anyone know how to tell if you have mild depression or should I just go to the doctor? Maybe I don't even have, anyone else here worried about losing their jobs?

Oh everybody is  :) But there is a difference between feeling down and being actually depressed. If you believe that your moods are adversely affecting your life you may want to at least speak to somebody about it.

You already know what the solution is. When you feel the episode coming on do what you already know is best and works well for you. Getting more oxygen to your brain through Pranayama as excellent. The proof can only come through your own efforts to overcome and dominate yourself enough to avoid it or reduce its effect within you. Otherwise medications I guess.
