Low Carb Diets

Hey,

Has anyone here ever went on a low carb diet? I think carbs are my down fall. I just looking at nutrition web sites this morning and the whole wheat bagel and low fat cream cheese  I have been having for breakfast is over 500 calories, I couldn't believe it!

I have tried every diet under the sun. I'm not fat, just maybe 10 pounds over.Low carb was hell, so now I just try to stuck to a healthy mix of everything.

I remember trying low carb at the insistence of my other half a couple of years ago when it was all the rage. You have no idea how big a part bread plays in your life until it is taken away from you!  >:(

It's just hard to be on a diet without at least some carbs. We don't want to lose weight while having low energy.

Well in my opinion,low carb diet is best for weight lose and burn calories.I am taking low carb diet for a better weight and i am sure it will be good for you GettingBetter so try to do it.

Thanks for great posting friends,....Low carb diet is good for health. There are lots of low carb diets. For low carb diet don't use fats and oily things in your foods. Do swimming for an hour and go for morning walk.

I have never tried for any low carb diet. I eat as much but there is no effect on me and my body. I am still lean and skinny.

Yes low carb foods good for weight loss but for a limited time .. Low carb diet works when you will keep stayed on it . And when you will go back on your regular diet then you will start gaining weight back ..

I workout and eat only carbs and protein. No fats, no sweets. But u doesn’t have to do that to lose weight, but I recommend not excluding carbs from our diet. Carbs give u energy, the only reason to not eat excess carbs is if our not exercising, because our body will then store that energy to be used l8r, converting it in2 fat.

For law carbohydrate you should have to eat fruit more. Many fruit in which the carbohydrate is very law. Mangoes, Bananas, Pineapple, Oranges are useful fruite for low carbohydrate diet.
